Be reminded that you are answering these questions for the last fiscal year and either for your chapter or your council, not both. If you are a council officer, for example, fill out the questions relevant for your council only. You can skip questions not relevant, like perhaps “number of chapter meetings.” You can aggregregate the answers for your chapters after the report is filed.
