Board or officer elections are required annually per the TU bylaws at the Annual Membership Meeting and must be properly noticed with proper nominating and voting processes followed.

This would include all meetings of the chapter board, either in person or via phone or online conferencing, that are separate from the monthly chapter meeting. Include, also, any executive committee meetings or conference calls of the chapter officers.

Be reminded that you are answering these questions for the last fiscal year and either for your chapter or your council, not both. If you are a chapter officer, for example, fill out the questions relevant for your chapter only. Do not, for example, answer the number of council meetings in that scenario.

This would include: intentionally hosting community, conservation or social events in typically under-represented communities such as urban centers and locations where the community demographic differs from your chapters current, dominant membership. Events/ activities organized specifically for women should be counted here too.

Include in this total the number of traditional monthly meetings held by your chapter. For instance, many chapters meet the second Tuesday of each month except for July and August, so their total would be 10 Chapter Meetings.
