Chapter/councils are encouraged to use the TU Online Fundraising Platform for online auctions. Be sure to follow all federal, state and local fundraising laws and regulations and check with your state council treasurer for support – including on donor acknowledgement letters and issuing Form 1099 to individuals who are receiving a portion of the item sale price in excess of $599.
